Bio
Jason Arnold has been working as a professional lighting designer for more than a decade. He earned a BA from Vassar College in 1995, and an MFA in Theatre Design from Brandeis University in 1998.

After graduation, he taught lighting and sound design for a year at the University of Rhode Island in Kingston. Soon thereafter, he and his wife moved to the D.C. area, where he has been working and designing ever since. Locally, he has designed for Arena Stage, Theatre J, Imagination Stage, and Rep Stage, as well as many other theatres; nationally, he has designed for the Philadelphia Theatre Company, Hartford Stage, and the Alabama Shakespeare Festival.

Jason also has continued his education by assisting many prominent local and nationally recognized lighting designers, such as Mark McCullough, Howell Binkley, Charlie Morrison, Richard Winkler, Chris Perry, and Dan Conway.

Jason is a member of United Scenic Artists, Local 829.

He is also fanatical about the Boston Red Sox.
