Spring Points Due!

Points earned for spring activities (i.e., exercise, screenings, AHU events, etc.) must be submitted by Wednesday, May 31. After May 31 spring points will not be eligible to redeem.

AhealthyU Program Details

Registration opens May 15
The program runs Thursday, June 1 - Wednesday, June 28

Challenge yourself to light up the night sky with fireflies in this 28-day physical activity program. With the option to participate in a team, compete with your colleagues, friends, or family members through the month of June. From tennis to strength training, all exercises can be counted toward your total step count to encourage you to complete the type of exercise that makes you feel good.

AhealthyU Incentives

  • We will be drawing 3, $25 EagleBuck winners each week. One winner will be chosen from each step count category (6k-7,999k; 8k-9,999k; 10,000k+).
  • Earn 2 AhealthyU points for each week you participate (max of 8).
  • Join all your fellow participants for a celebratory cooking demo & picnic at the end of the Summertime challenge. Enjoy some lunch, connect with your team in person, and pick up some summer-themed giveaways!

 Not sure what team to join? You are welcome to join the Free Agent #1, #2, #3 teams led by Jen, Andie, or Hannah in HR! Teams need a minimum of 4 people. Competing individually is also an option!
