sweetgreen Outpost at American University Exclusively for Faculty and Staff

We're excited to announce that AhealthyU and Auxiliary Services have partnered with sweetgreen (sg) to host an Outpost at AU's main campus. Starting September 14, all AU faculty and staff can place a lunch order for a contact-free delivery and pick-up at the NEW! designated location.

sweetgreen Outpost: How to Order

Place your sweetgreen order for pick-up at the 'sg Outpost at American University' location.

With the Outpost program, we have set up a campus pickup location for sweetgreen orders made through the sweetgreen mobile app and online. Available daily, Monday - Friday, you can place a sweetgreen order to be delivered to the set campus location. Open to AU faculty and staff only.

  •  NEW! The ‘sg Outpost at American University’ is located in McCabe Hall.
  • You can find McCabe Hall behind the Student Health Center between Gray and Letts Hall. Look for the blue/green Department of Health Studies and AhealthyU banner at the entrance and enter the double doors to the right of the banner. The sweetgreen outpost will be through the single door to the stairs. The salads will be on your left. 
  • Orders will be delivered between 12:15pm – 12:30pm. Once your order has arrived, you must pick it up between 12:15pm – 1:15pm. Note: You will receive a notification when your order has been delivered.
  • Simply download the sweetgreen mobile app or visit order.sweetgreen.com
  • Select the ‘sg Outpost at American University’ pick-up location. Place your order before 10:45am - up to a day in advance.
  • Orders will be delivered between 12:15pm – 12:30pm. Once your order has arrived, you must pick it up between 12:15pm – 1:15pm.
  • Note: You will receive a notification when your sweetgreen order is on the way and when it’s been delivered.

How to Place Your sweetgreen Order

  • Simply download the sweetgreen mobile app or visit order.sweetgreen.com
  • Select the ‘sg Outpost at American University’ pick-up location. Place your order before 10:45am - up to a day in advance.
  • Orders will be delivered between 12:15pm – 12:30pm. Once your order has arrived, you must pick it up between 12:15pm – 1:15pm.
