2023 Open Enrollment

The 2023 virtual and in-person benefits and wellness fair has daily events. Learn about your benefits, attend financial workshops, and schedule one-on-one meetings with representatives. Every session is raffling a prize! Visit the Benefits and Wellness Fair site for events and registration.

Group auto & home insurance

Farmers GroupSelectSM auto and home insurance is a portable, voluntary group auto and home benefit program that provides you with access to insurance coverage for your personal insurance needs. Policies available include:

  • auto
  • home
  • landlord's rental dwelling
  • condo
  • mobile home
  • renters
  • recreational vehicle
  • boat
  • personal excess liability (umbrella policies)

Policies can be paid by payroll deduction or debit from your checking account. This program also gives you access to special group discounts.

Eligibility

Full-time faculty and staff are eligible as of the first of the month following date of hire. 

Enrollment

As your insurance policies renew at different times during the year, you may apply for group auto and home insurance at any time. Call Farmers Insurance to get a free, no obligation premium quote. If you choose to switch, Farmers can help you apply for insurance while you're on the phone. Please have your current insurance policy with you when you call. Some restrictions may apply.

Changes can be made at any time. If you leave the university, Farmers Insurance will set up direct billing so that you can continue your coverage.
