We hope you can join us for our Spring events!

Barbells and Brunch Tuesday, April 4 from 11:15am-1:00pm

Join in on the fun! Come out to Cassell Fitness Center for a 45-minute barbell workout with our personal trainers, and after, enjoy some healthy, feel-good food together for AU Dining’s Powerful campaign takeover at TDR. All affiliated with AU are welcome.

Trainer-led Barbell workout: 11:15am-12:00pm at Cassell Fitness Center
Brunch: 12:15pm-1:00pm at TDR

Meal plan or alternative payment plan is needed for Brunch at TDR. Please contact Alyssa at if you do not have a meal plan, or for any questions. Registration is required; Click here to register.

Field Day Thursday, April 20 from 1:00pm-3:00pm

Run around like a kid again! We are taking over the Quad with outdoor activities. All are welcome to join us; you don't need to register. Some of the activities include a slip-n-slide, corn hole, spike ball, slack line, and more! Please mark your calendars and we hope to see you there!

Iron Eagle: Powerlifting Competition April 2 at Cassell Fitness Center

Push Pull 2022

Calling all powerlifters, join us as we debut our Iron Eagle Powerlifting Competition! We heard your feedback, and this competition will test your strength in all three events: bench press, deadlift, and squat! All experience levels are welcome and encouraged to join.
